Description: Participants must be a minimum of 15 years old to attend the course. This course is hosted at the Keystone Kips Gymnastics, Unit 2 - 781 Kapelus Drive, Winnipeg, MB. Each participant is required to dress in activewear and come prepared to participate. Participants are also asked to bring a pen/pencil/highlighter and paper and a lunch. No refunds are given after the registration deadline unless a medical note is presented.
