| Description: Overview The JO 1-4 Prep Camp is to work on skill development for the upcoming season. The main emphasis of our camp this year will be the progressions of skills and the physical preparation needed to perform these skills with confidence. The coaches will experience hands on work with all levels of gymnasts as well as various discussions on technique and skill development.PD Points will automatically be rostered for attendance. The fee for coaches to attend the Prep Camp has been waived for the 2020 Camp however clubs will be charged a $25.00 "No Show" fee if coaches fail to show up. Schedule: Friday, August 7th - 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm Saturday, August 8th - 8:30 am – 3:30 pm Sunday, August 9th - 8:30 am – 3:30 pm What to Bring: Coaches are required bring their own water bottle(s) and nut-free snacks/lunch to the camp. COVID-19 All Government of Manitoba COVID-19 regulations and MGA Return to Gymnastics Protocol related to ensuring the safety of all athletes and coaches.
